Presentation Slides and Handouts

At some programs there may be handouts such as references, selected comments, instructions, or even copies of the slides used in the presentation.  To facilitate and simplify distribution of this material, I have included them here in the form of Adobe Acrobat(R) PDF files. These can be viewed on line or downloaded.  Note some of these files can be quite large and may take some time to download.  Also note that this is copyrighted material and may not be used for any other purposes than as personal reference for the presentations.   The material is listed under the name of the presentation.
